Patient with failed previous gluteal augmentation

This patient had a failed previous gluteal augmentation by another plastic surgeon. She underwent successful correction of the very large gluteal defects with a combination of custom gluteal implants that I shaped to fit the defects and fat grafting to fill in the remaining irregularities. She now is very happy with her results and improvement on symmetry.
