This patient underwent an augmenttion and mastopexy with Mentor 380 cc moderate plus profile silicone gel implants. The implants are placed under the pectoralis major muscle and the patient is then sat up in the operating room so we can design the lift with the implants in place.I prefer the least amount of scars possible. In this patient we used the "lollipop" incision, avoiding the long low incision at the IMF, with excellent breast shape and minimal scarring.
