Gluteal Augmentation with a round intra-muscular implant

This 28 year old woman wanted fuller, but natural buttock shape. She was not a candidate for fat injections and was also concerned about the safety of BBL. We decided on a 420 cc round implant. We decided on an intramuscular position as these are less visable and palpable. She has been very happy with the nice contour and shape her gluteal area has. The swelling took a good 4 weeks to resolve and she was back to nearly all activities by 6 weeks.
