Breast Reconstruction with Implants

59yoF with ptosis and marked lateral right breast deformity after two lumpectomies underwent bilateral mastectomies with tissue expander reconstruction. In a second stage 3 months later, she had final implants placed with nipple reconstruction and fat grafting to her cleavage. Lastly, she had nipple tattooing to complete her reconstruction. She is extremely happy with her results.
