Breast Reduction for a young woman with very large and hanging breasts.

This woman underwent a breast reduction using a central pedicle circumvertical technique. We removed 500 grams of tissue from each breast. The scars tend to heal quite well with this technique. She is extremely happy with the results and can exercise without pain or embarrassment.
