This 32 year old female complained of back pain, neck pain, shoulder furrowing, and rashes under her breasts due to her 34 DDD breasts. She desired a 34 full C cup if possible . I performed a large conservative breast reduction , removing 410 grams of tissue from each breast. She now is pain free and happy with the shape.
